Fees
- $325.00 / day
- $200.00 / half day (up to 4 hrs.)
- $5.00 per patient for each patient
treated over 40 per day
- $10.00 for each examination performed
after the second exam per day
- $50.00 x2 for travel expenses to get to
the clinic and back home (one time fee)
- Retaining doctor may make hotel
arrangements for Dr. Duton’s stay subject to Dr. Dutson’s prior
approval. Staying at the retaining doctor’s home is also
an option to reduce costs. No hotel or overnight
arrangements are necessary within 60 miles of the following 3
areas: San Antonio, TX, Columbia, SC, and Bonners Ferry,
ID.
